Part 1 – Folio
Collect in a Folio information, activities and evidence which explores who you are, your strengths, weaknesses, interests, learning styles, values. This may be done through a variety of methods including:
Part 2 – Introduction
Prepare an introduction to yourself which summarises the information collected in your folio for your PLP teacher. This Introduction should briefly cover the following areas:
Your family & background
Recent schooling
Work &/or volunteering history
Personal interests
What and who is important to you
Future & career interests.
Part 3- Definition of Capabilities
In your own words, define each of the five capabilities. (refer to the 5 pages of Capabilities for this section)
Part 4 – Examples of Capabilities
Identify and describe examples that show which aspects you have demonstrated of the capabilities prior to commencing the PLP. (refer to the 5 pages of Capabilities for this section)
Part 5 – Personal and Learning Goals
Identify one personal and onelearning goal which you would like to develop over the next 6 weeks, and explain why these are important to you to improve on.
Identify a SMART strategy for successfully achieving this goals within the next 6 weeks (Details about Smart Target and Goal Setting can be found in the Assignment sheet above)
